Identity Crisis:  Taking Power Back When
Wins & Losses Define Your Worth

The spotlight can feel electric when everyone knows your name and opportunities start coming faster than you can process. But when the noise fades or the game doesn’t go your way, it can be easy to forget who you are beneath the stats and the limelight. Real confidence doesn’t come from applause or approval. It comes from knowing your worth even when no one is cheering.

In this workshop, we’ll talk about how to be confident not cocky and stay grounded while still chasing excellence. We’ll look at what it means to lead ourselves successfully and how to keep ambition from stealing our peace. You'll learn key strategies to pinpoint  where you’re giving your power away and how to take it back. Your worth shouldn't be determined by who else is in the room.  And, the more you know that, the happier you'll be in life and confident in the game.

  • Build confidence in your players

  • Encourage more collaborative mindsets

  • Create self-awareness around personal barriers to success

The Power of Professionalism

Research shows that candidates who are described as “likable and professional” are 12 times more likely to get hired or sponsored than those who are simply more qualified on paper.  (BusinessWire) In the NIL era, your name is your brand and your reputation is your currency- and when companies and coaches decide who to invest in, they don’t always choose the most gifted person, but rather who they want to work with.  So how do we balance confidence with humility to create likability?

We'll give you three keys to building a solid reputation and strategic ways to deliver it, including how to write emails that get responses, handle calls with respect, and balance ambition with self-awareness. You’ll get real examples, quick scripts, and a 3-minute self-check

to make every message count. Because the most successful

athletes aren’t just the ones winning games, but the ones people can count on to have integrity, follow-through and a positive attitude

so opportunities will keep showing up.

"What I Wish You Knew"
Sexual Assault Prevention

Our "What I Wish You Knew" program pairs a screening of our two-time international award-winning short film with an interactive workshop designed to meet the specific needs of your community. Centered on healing, empathy, and education, this experience highlights the stories of three women who share their realities of assault on college campuses—revealing not only the lasting impact but also the cultural patterns that allow harm to persist.

Rather than leading with fear or blame, this program creates a safe space for discovery, reflection, and conversation. Through guided discussion, participants explore how everyday behaviors, group dynamics, and social pressures can unintentionally normalize assault—and how awareness, empathy, and leadership can help shift that culture.

For student-athletes and campus leaders, this is more than prevention—it’s about understanding what’s at stake and what’s possible when we recognize our ability to influence change on and off the field. This program invites every participant to see themselves as part of the solution to create a safer, stronger community.
