Wanna be a changemaker without having to leave the office?
You can help shape the path of a new social entrepreneur by providing a deserving young woman
a scholarship to attend an Élanoura Global Founder’s Retreat.
Together, College Moxie and Élanoura have created a fellowship program to allow select collegiate women and recent graduates to join us on our adventures and inspire their own founder journeys.
These Global Fellows will expand their horizons through this unique opportunity of exploring cultures beyond their own, gaining knowledge from seasoned founders, volunteering in the local community of our retreat destinations, and assisting behind the scenes with tasks like
social media, video editing, photography and event coordination.
Fellows will be given personal coaching and time to reflect on the workshops and service projects they participate in, and leave the retreat with a self-developed action plan on how they can take what they have learned and inspire others in their own communities.
